Rail width: 63mm (WR), rail fixing bolt specification M16 × 50mm.

3. Installation and adaptation
Pre compression level: Provides three levels of pre compression options: light, medium, and heavy, suitable for different rigidity requirements.
Accuracy level: Available in ordinary (C), high (H), and precision (P) levels, with a maximum positioning accuracy of micrometers.
Dustproof design: standard rubber seals, optional metal partitions or high dust-proof kits (increased resistance by 0.6~4.0kgf).
4. Materials and Properties
Material of guide rail/slider: hardened steel (HRC58-62), surface chrome plated, with a 30% increase in wear resistance.
Friction coefficient: as low as 1/50 of sliding rails, supporting high dynamic motion (such as 3D printing, CNC machining).
5. Other parameters
Weight: A single slider weighs 12.89kg, and the guide rail weighs 21.1kg per meter.
Applicable temperature range: -30 ℃~+80 ℃. Lubricating grease should be regularly replenished in high temperature environments.
Note: During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the parallelism of the guide rail is ≤ 0.02mm/1000mm to avoid exceeding the torque limit due to unbalanced load
