FAG QJ311-XL-MPA is a high-precision angular contact ball bearing suitable for industrial scenarios with high speed and high load. To ensure its performance and lifespan, the following precautions must be strictly followed:
1. Preparation before installation
Clean environment: Before installation, ensure that the bearings, shafts, and bearing seats are clean to prevent dust or foreign objects from entering the interior of the bearings
Check the fit size: Confirm that the machining accuracy of the shaft and bearing seat meets the requirements of the drawing to avoid bearing deformation or early failure due to improper fit
Lubrication treatment: If rust proof oil needs to be cleaned, it is recommended to use gasoline or specialized cleaning agents and dry them with compressed air
2. Installation method
Direction of force application: During installation, uniform force should be applied to the inner ring (shaft fit) or outer ring (bearing seat fit) of the bearing, and it is forbidden to strike the cage or sealing plate
Tool selection: Use specialized sleeves or press fit tools to avoid directly tapping the bearings
Pre tightening force control: If pre tightening is required (such as for machine tool spindle applications), the pre tightening force should be adjusted according to the design requirements to avoid excessive tightening and high temperature rise.
3. Maintenance during use
Rust prevention and cleaning: Wear gloves during operation to avoid sweat contamination of the bearings; Regularly check the lubrication status to prevent rusting
Avoid impact: Do not apply severe impact to the bearing, otherwise it may cause indentation, cracking, or even fracture
Lubrication management: Choose grease lubrication or oil lubrication according to the working conditions to ensure that the lubricant is clean and regularly replenished
4. Prevention of common problems
Abnormal noise: If there is any abnormal noise during operation, immediately stop the machine and check if it is caused by improper installation or foreign object intrusion
Excessive temperature rise: It may be caused by excessive pre tightening force or insufficient lubrication, and the pre tightening amount needs to be adjusted or lubricant needs to be supplemented
