Installation requirements
Special tools must be used to apply pressure to the inner ring end face to avoid deformation of the rolling elements caused by force.
Strictly control the tolerance fit between the shaft and the bearing seat (recommended interference fit ≤ 0.005mm) to prevent micro motion wear.
Lubrication management
Priority should be given to using synthetic lubricants (such as SKF LGF series) in high-speed scenarios, and the recommended speed limit for grease lubrication should not exceed 14000rpm.
Regularly replenish lubrication through the oil nozzle to prevent the polyamide retainer from aging and cracking due to lack of oil.
Maintenance and testing
Check the vibration spectrum every 500 hours of operation, and abnormal peaks may indicate wear of the cage or damage to the rolling elements.
In high temperature environments (>120 ℃), it is necessary to verify the temperature resistance of the retainer material (TN suffix is polyamide).
